2016 Camp Card Sales Timeline:
January 1 – April 15, 2017: Sign up and order Camp Cards
March 9, 2017: Pick up Camp Cards at District Roundtable
March 9 – June 9, 2017: Sell Cards
Week of June 5, 2017: Turn in final cards and payments

What are Camp Cards?
Camp Cards are a discount card designed to help Scouts earn their way to Summer and Day Camps. Units participating in this program will earn 50% commission ($2.50) on each $5.00 Camp Card they sell from Thursday, March 9th through Friday, June 9th.

How do I order them?
Order cards and sign up online here, http://phc.kintera.org/2017campcardorderform beginning January 1st through April 15th.

When and where do I pick them up?
You will be able to pick up your pre-ordered Camp Cards at your March 9th District Roundtable or if you can’t make the Roundtable Meeting, contact Tracy Kapleski at 253-682-2226 or tracy.kapelski@scouting.org to arrange a pick up. After March 9th, extra cards will be available from Tracy in Tacoma after payments from your previous sales have been turned in.

Can I sell them anywhere?
You must get permission from the store you wish to sell in front of ahead of time. There are certain restrictions on some businesses.

When do I turn them in?
You will turn your unsold Camp Cards in and payment at the Tacoma Service located at 4802 South 19th Street, Tacoma during business hours the Week of June 5, 2017. Any accounts settled after these dates the commission will be reduced to 15% and any unsold cards will have to be purchased by the unit.

**Please note, units are only allowed to return 25% of the total cards checked out.**

What do I get for selling the camp cards?
Units will earn 50% commission on each card sold.
