Cub Scout Family Camps
Cub Scout Family camps
Cub Scout Family Camping takes place at Camp Thunderbird, an incredible camp on Summit Lake, just 20 minutes from downtown Olympia. These weekends include activities like: archery, BB guns, seasonal crafts, first aid, Scout skills, games, nature, and the climbing wall if weather permits!!! Check-in is at 7:00pm on Friday and camp is done at 4:00pm on Saturday. Each Cub Scout can be accompanied by his mother or other female family member for Mom & Me or an adult of either gender for Pal & Me. The adult must be over 18 years of age. Packs are encouraged to sign up together; however, each family has to complete a separate registration. This year, in an effort to include more families at these camps, we will be offering all Pal & Me Camps with the exception of the traditional Mother’s Day Mom & Me Camp!
