Boy Scouts at the Washington State Fair
There are three ways to help the Washington State Fair have a strong Scouting presence this year! Your Scout can volunteer with the Scout Service Unit, your Pack or Den can participate in a Cub Scout Parade, and you or your unit can volunteer at the Scout Booth!
The Scout Service Unit is a group of dedicated volunteers that help with the daily operations of the fair. Service hours can be earned while volunteering. The application must be returned to the Fair by August 8th. More information including an email for questions can be found on the application. Download the application here.
The Cub Scout Parade is a great way to "Do the Puyallup" and create awareness of the great Cub Scouts program! Download the parade application here. More information is provided on the application.
Volunteer at the Scout Booth! Have your Den or Troop Meeting there! This booth is running everyday that the fair is open. Help with recruitment and help former members remember their time in Scouting! A sign-up link will be available soon! Questions about the Scout Booth at the Washington State Fair go to Ken Fuqua here or Ron Hale here.
