Scout-O-Rama 2019

Scout-O-Rama 2019 Registration is Now Open!

Pacific Harbors Council's second annual Scout-O-Rama 2019 will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at PLU's Olson Auditorium in Tacoma.   A Scout-O-Rama is a huge, interactive, indoor-outdoor hands-on "Scouting Experience", featuring family friendly activities, informational displays and hands-on opportunities to demonstrate Scouting's value to today's active families.

Last year's Scout-O-Rama featured the longest Pinewood Derby track in Washington State, Rhubarb the Reindeer from the Tacoma Rainiers, Pioneering projects, model campsites,Troop 48's "Knot Gauntlet", a 20-foot tall rocket ship, Raingutter Regatta, Pack 27's Cave Exploration exhibit, Civil War Re-Enactors, Patch Collections, Order of The Arrow display, food, climbing wall, Scout Shop, Trading Post, and much, much more!  Over 60 activity booths in all!

Tickets are now available online, at where you can buy individual attendee tickets for $7 each, or sheets of 10 tickets for only $50, a savings of $20 over the individual ticket price.  Great for Scout units with 20 - 30 Scouts who want to save money!  Kids 5 and under are free, the admission fees helps defray the cost of producing the event.

Sponsorships are encouraged too, commercial vendors who have a product or service that is complimentary to Scouting are welcome to rent a booth at Scout-O-Rama.

Scout Units are encouraged to host an activity or display booth, as this is what Scout-O-Rama is all about: showing off the Scouting skills and other things your unit does best!  Activity booths are $25 for a 10'x10' space, indoors or outdoors, and each booth fee comes with 5 free admission tickets.

Why Should My Unit Participate?
