The National Order of the Arrow Conference is a 6 day event in which Arrowmen participate in exciting programs, training sessions, recreational activities, evening shows and competitions.

Fast Facts About NOAC:  Registration Deadline Extended to January 31, 2012 

Who: All Arrowmen can attend, join the contingent of the Nisqually Lodge to coordinate travel arrangements with fellow Arrowmen.

What: NOAC - National Order of the Arrow Conference.  Exciting programs, patch trading, evening shows, and training sessions.

When: July 30th through August 4 2012.

Where: East Lansing, Michigan, at Michigan State College

Why? You can meet Arrowmen from around the world/nation, learn about the latest in the order/other organizations, watch the best shows in scouting, experience something new, and the next NOAC will not be until 2015.

How do I get there? Our contingent will be making arrangements regarding transportation.

What Should I Bring?  Necessary medication if allergic to anything, weeks worth of clothes, and cheerful spirit.  A detailed equipment list may be found here.

How much will it cost? $420 conference fee, plus the cost of transportation, expected to be around $1000 total.  Scholarships are available

The 2012 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) will be one of your most memorable Scouting experiences. NOAC 2012 will be held at Michigan State University from July 30 through August 4, 2012 and is projected to be one of the largest in the Order’s history with more than 8,000 Arrowmen in attendance.

NOAC will feature a number of unique events, including national competitions for ceremonies, drum, and dance; evening shows; the OA history museum; and awesome recreation competitions such as soccer, basketball, and ultimate Frisbee.. Highlights such as the Founder’s Day festivities including the Founder's Day Parade, the Grand Hodag, and the inter-Region dodge ball battle are some of the exciting events at NOAC.

Arrowmen can participate in service projects, high adventure opportunities, leadership training, American Indian Activities training, and much more. While enjoying the various activities, Scouts will have a great time meeting new brothers and sharing their experiences with people from around the nation.
