Empowering Youth Leadership, Connecting Crews, Building the Future of Venturing
The Venturing Officers’ Association (VOA) is a youth-led leadership group dedicated to promoting and organizing exciting events, programs, and opportunities for all Venturers in the Pacific Harbors Council. The VOA provides youth Venturers with a voice and a platform to lead, collaborate, and create within our Venturing community.
We’re committed to empowering youth leaders, building strong connections between crews, and creating a unified Venturing experience that is both rewarding and impactful.
The Venturing Officers’ Association (VOA) is a group of elected youth leaders from various Venturing crews who come together to represent the voice of the youth in our council. The VOA is youth-led, with adult advisors providing guidance and support.
Our primary goals are to:
Provide leadership opportunities for Venturers.
Plan and coordinate district-wide and council-wide events and activities.
Strengthen the Venturing program through collaboration between crews.
Foster a sense of community and mentorship within the Venturing program.
The VOA is always looking for dedicated Venturers who want to step into leadership roles and make a difference. If you’re passionate about Venturing and want to be part of shaping the future of the program, consider joining the VOA!
We need youth leaders for the following roles:
President
Vice President
Vice Presidents of Communication, Administration, and Program
Event Coordinators
General Volunteers
