Our Recruitment Kits may include:

  • Brochures (Scouting with Disabilities, Fred’s Closet, New Family onboarding)

  • Handbooks for Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, and Venturing

  • Merit Badge books and fun pamphlets (Knots, Cooking, and more)

  • Giveaway items: event patches, color-changing rulers/pencils, mini frisbees

  • Scouting-branded table cover, banners, yard signs, popup tent

Important Information

We’re excited to help you make your recruitment events a success!
Please review the important notes below about Recruitment Kits, flyers, posters, yard signs, PeachJar submissions, and digital advertising support.

Recruitment Kits and Materials

  • Inventory of posters, flyers, yard signs, activities, and Recruitment Kits is based on current availability and may change.

  • Recruitment Kits include brochures, handbooks, giveaways, display supplies, and may include yard games.

  • Kits are FREE for Pacific Harbors Council units but must be reserved in advance.

Flyers and Printed Materials

  • After you submit your order, you will receive an email proof of your flyer for approval.

  • Flyers will not be printed until you approve the proof.

  • Please allow at least three (3) business days after proof approval for your order to be fulfilled.

PeachJar (School Flyer Distribution)

  • PeachJar orders must be submitted at least one (1) month before your event date to allow for school district submission and approval.

  • PeachJar flyer support covers $12.50 per school (up to $25 value per school) courtesy of Pacific Harbors Council.

Facebook/Instagram (Meta) Advertising Support

  • Meta ads are short-run, geofenced digital ads (48–72 hours) promoting your event to families near your location.

  • Ads must be scheduled at least one week before your event for optimal timing and approval.
